1.1 Definitions

In these Terms, "platform" refers to the aq22 website, services, and all related operations. "Account" refers to a player's registered personal account. "Bonus" refers to any financial or non-financial benefit offered by aq22.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and participate in any game on the aq22 platform. This platform is operated exclusively for those aged 21 and above. Opening an account or depositing funds on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each individual may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts is considered a serious violation, and all accounts may be permanently closed. aq22 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in such cases.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, truthful, and accurate information at the time of registration. Providing incorrect, misleading, or false information may result in account closure. aq22 may request necessary documents at any time for identity verification.

2.4 Account Security

Keeping your login details and password secure is entirely your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the aq22 support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

The following methods can be used to deposit and withdraw funds on the aq22 platform:

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on aq22 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳18,000 or more qualifies for the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit plus bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If a player abuses bonus benefits — such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, placing manipulative bets, or engaging in any other fraudulent activity — aq22 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend or close the account.

4.4 Other Promotions

aq22 may offer additional promotions, cashback, or special offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are stated in the description of that offer.

aq22's VIP program has four tiers. The weekly cashback rate increases as you move to a higher tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP tier assignment and changes are at aq22's discretion. Cashback is provided as cash and can generally be withdrawn without any wagering requirement, though specific cashback offers may have their own terms.

6.1 Fair Play

aq22 ensures fair play in all games. Match-fixing, manipulation, or any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If evidence of such activity is found, the account will be closed immediately.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game result is voided due to a technical error or server outage, the bet amount will be refunded. Any result that clearly occurred due to an error may be considered void.

6.3 Sports Betting

Before placing a bet in sports betting, carefully read the rules for the relevant event. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be voided and funds returned, or if the event continues on a new date, the bet will be settled accordingly.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aq22 platform:

• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Collecting bonuses by creating multiple accounts
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Attempting to control outcomes by colluding with other players
• Using a false identity or operating an account under someone else's name
• Creating or operating an account on behalf of a minor
• Exploiting any vulnerability or technical error in the platform

For any of the above violations, aq22 reserves the right to close the account without notice and forfeit all balances.

8.1 By aq22

aq22 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the event of a breach of these Terms. The account and balance may be suspended while an investigation is ongoing.

8.2 By the Player

You may request the closure of your account at any time. Before making a closure request, ensure that all funds in your balance have been withdrawn. Contact the support team to recover any remaining balance after account closure.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there has been no activity for an extended period. In this case, the account can be reactivated through the aq22 support team.
